Vacuum forming is desirable process for the fabrication of prototypes and for short-run production. Custom Prototypes is capable of forming parts up to 6 x 10 foot in size. We can easily form Styrene, ABS, Acrylic, copolyeste and polycarbonate. Our moulds are made from either MDF, REN-shape, polyurethane, Aluminum filled epoxy or steel depending on the durability and finish you may require.
