Adding a twist to our Christmas cards this year (Fully 3D printed Christmas tree ornaments)

Using SolidWorks CAD software, we designed tree ornaments featuring intricate pine needle structures. But here’s where the real magic happens: these ornaments were printed at an angle, eliminating the need for supports and showcasing the precision of our SLA 3D printers.

After printing, each one undergoes a transformation through a hand-finishing process where we carefully dye and paint them in traditional holiday colors, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
